Who is Fusion Core?

Fusion Core is a 501(c)3 all-age drum and bugle corps that is governed by a volunteer Board of Directors and is dedicated to performance and excellence in the field of competitive drum and bugle corps.

 

What is a Drum and Bugle Corps?

Drum and bugle corps is an activity that is a combination of sport and art – requiring participants of all ages to have physical strength, musical ability and finesse in order to create an exciting, choreographed musical and visual experience.

 

Drum corps competitions are staged on a football field and is a worldwide activity that is televised annually on networks such as ESPN and telecast via satellite in movie theatres across the country.

 

Why Drum and Bugle Corps?

Through the drum and bugle corps experience, Fusion brings members together in a structured environment to achieve common goals. The Core provides young adults, and members of all ages, with the opportunity to continue their musical and visual performance education in an atmosphere that fosters not only teamwork, mentoring and dedication, but also personal excellence.

 

Our program provides members with the fortitude to succeed not only within the sport of drum corps but in their personal lives and in the rest of life.
