Fusion Core
Announces 2009 Program Coordinator – Izzy Delgado
Fusion Core is pleased to
announce Izzy Delgado will be returning to Fusion Core as Program Coordinator/Drill
Designer. Izzy is very excited about his new role with Fusion and is looking
forward to another exciting year with the organization. As Drill Designer
and Visual Caption Head since our inaugural year, Izzy has been instrumental in
leading the Core to a 2008 second place finish as well as achieve the High
Visual Caption Award/Class A in only our second year of existence.
Izzy has been working as a
Visual Designer, Instructor, and Adjudicator in the NY / NJ area for several
years. An alumnus of the Raiders and Bushwackers
Drum and Bugle Corps, Izzy began his instructional career on the visual
staff team of the Raiders Drum & Bugle Corps after aging out of the corps,
and eventually became the Visual Caption Head.
He is currently the Program
Coordinator and Drill Designer for the Sayreville High
School Marching Band, Winter Guard and Indoor Drum Line. The
Sayreville HS Marching Band recently won the USSBA Group 1A
Outside of the marching arts, Izzy is employed as an insurance agent
in
The Fusion Team has been
working diligently on behalf of the members and fans to secure world-class
instructional and programming for the 2009 Season and look forward to another
exciting year. Design Team and
Instructional Staff to be announced shortly.
